Delivery

Packages will be shipped out within 2 business days (Processing Time is 1-2 days ). Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery via USPS/UPS. All orders are shipped after receipt of payment. This does not including weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation and will require a signature upon delivery.

 Protection your Package

By purchasing Route - They provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection.

Missing Packages:

we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, USPS/UPS will hold all liability if the package is lost or stolen. Please contact USPS/UPS and file a claim with the carrier.

We will NOT be held responsible for orders that show DELIVERED.

If you have problems with package theft in your area, please consider using USPS HOLD Mail service. This service is provided by USPS and will hold your package at a safe location until you can claim it. CLICK HERE

International Delivery 

Shipping  rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. All applicable custom fees, import taxes, and duties fee are the sole responsibility of the customer. We can not predict what your Taxes, Custom and Duties fee maybe. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. 

 If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped  there will be a $9.99 shipping Fee.

 

By completing a purchase with us you agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.  

Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order with 20 minutes of placing it, by giving us call at 866-305-1732 or sales@houseofheelsmiami.com. We are unable to cancel an order beyond this time period. 

No Returns/Exchanges Only

Exchange within 15 business days of receipt of receiving your orders. Unworn item(s) in new condition returned in original package within 15 business days will receive a store credit or exchange.

The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

Once we have received your package, We will contact you via email within 5-7 business days.

Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and all orders that exceeded this time frame will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.
